The Healthy Soils for Healthy Waters (HSHW) Series is dedicated to the development of multidisciplinary and whole system management practices for the agricultural lands that impact our nation’s waters. Illinois Corn Farmers’ Perspectives on Nutrient Loss

Illinois farmers are being encouraged to voluntarily limit the amount of fertilizer they lose through runoff, thereby helping to achieve the ambitious goals of the Illinois Nutrient Loss Reduction Strategy. In this webinar, Maria will discuss how Illinois corn farmers perceive and are responding to nutrient loss concerns, including their adoption of the best management practices recommended in the Illinois Nutrient Loss Reduction Strategy.
